Read through the questions and answers below to learn more about what you may be experiencing and the options that are available to you. How does this work?
ACREB is a local company of real estate investors, who are looking to buy, repair, and sell houses. We can buy houses quickly and pay cash to the sellers; which allows you to get out of your situation quickly and without any more harm to your credit or home. We are just investors who want to buy your house from you because we have systems and networks in place to address any real estate situation.
What makes ACREB different from a Realtor or Agent?
We DO NOT want to list your house and make a commission off selling your house like a Realtor or Agent. ACREB is a group of investors who want to BUY your house from YOU in “as is” condition. We buy houses from people just like you, in communities like yours, all the time, and can help you in the same way.
What kind of houses do you buy?
ACREB is looking to buy houses in any price range and any condition. We work in most areas of Massachusetts and can do any repairs needed ourselves, which allows us to buy your house in AS IS condition, no matter what condition it is in.
If I am in trouble with my mortgage, how can you help me?
If you are behind on your payments, we may be able to help you catch up before it’s too deep into the foreclosure process. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can talk in detail about your personal situation and find creative solutions.
Do you only work in middle or low price ranges for houses?
No. No matter the price, area, condition, or situation we can buy your house from you in a quick and easy manner.
How much do you charge for your services?
There is no cost to you if we buy your house. We are not Realtors who will collect a commission. We will buy your house from you and take on the risk of managing and/or selling the house later.
What is foreclosure and why should I avoid it?
A foreclosure on your home happens when you stop making the agreed, monthly, house loan payments to the bank. After a series of procedures, the bank could leave you and your family homeless! Letting your house go into foreclosure is something that will follow you for the rest of your life. A foreclosure will stay with you and your credit forever…nothing good comes from this. You can avoid foreclosure by contacting us and learning what other options you have.
What about Bankruptcy or Refinancing?
These temporary solutions will only delay your problems or create more. Refinancing can increase your payments and what you owe on your home, making your current situation even worse. Bankruptcy can cost you money, ruins your credit rating, and puts you in a different, but equally difficult and scary situation. You have other options that will help you avoid hurting your credit and losing more money. In the event that we collectively determine that this is your only option, then at no cost to you, we will have you consult with our team of bankruptcy attorneys to help you make an informed and practical decision.
What kinds of situations can you help people out of?
There are many reasons why someone may need to sell their home quickly and get out of their current condition. We work with people from all different situations and have listed the more common ones below. If you do not see your situation listed, contact us to learn if we can be of assistance. We specialize in creative solutions for all real estate needs.
- Short Sales
- Outdated/Unwanted Property

- Structural Damage to Home

What types of options do I have?
Depending on your case, there are a number of options you might have to get out of your situation. If you have a mortgage on your home we can take over the payments for you and relieve you of your debt. If you do not have a mortgage, we can make payments to you or pay you cash for your equity. We can also customize an offer for you, such as paying you cash up front and more over time, or giving you a large cash payment when we sell your house. Contact us to discuss your creative options in more detail and we can talk specifically about how we can help you.
